This is a place to relax or practise sports, also where Waltham Forest council puts on outdoor music events and local football team matches. You can go for a jog around the park, hang out with friends enjoying the views and the atmosphere or walk your dog. The field is split into two parts and there is a calm place where you can go and meditate.
