Sites - East London Mosque

This mosque offers five prayer sessions a day. It was built more than 100 years ago and is right in the heart of East London. The building is massive and joins onto the London Muslim Centre where weddings and other functions take place. A lot of money has been spent on building facilities for women. It’s a great place to visit as a tourist as it’s very famous and located in the historic district of Whitechapel.
